Can I pick up the orders placed on the online store at ARIPO?
For customers in the area we offer the possibility to deliver your orders in our store, thus saving you the shipping costs. While placing your order go to the section “Shipping Method”, and press the “Store Delivery” option. No shipping costs will be charged and we will send you an email notifying the day and time when you can pick up your order.

How do I know that my product has already been sent?
As soon as the order leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a notification and the FedEx tracking number.

What are the shipping rates?
Shipping costs depend on the courier’s tariff. See section: Shipping Conditions.

How can I be sure my order has been placed correctly?
Once the order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not, please contact our “Customer Service”.

Will the products labeled “Coming soon” be replaced on stock?
If a product is sold out, we will try to replace it as soon as possible. If this is not possible, it will be removed from the website.

What should I do if I receive a defective item?
We only sell products in perfect conditions, so if, exceptionally, you receive a defective product please contact our “Customer Service”.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?
If you mistakenly receive an item you did not order, please contact our “Customer Service”.

Can I remove an item from my order?
Yes. Enter “My Account” so you can remove all the items you do not want, as long as the purchase has not been completed.

Can I change my order after I placed it?
If you completed your order, you have a 48 hours period to notify “Customer Services” your desire to change it.

Can I cancel my order?
You have a 48 hours period to cancel your order. If the order has left the warehouse you need to follow the steps listed in the section “Refunds”.
